Solomon Walker Born  August 1, 1757 Died August 11, 1838 Buried in Walker Cemetery located off County Road 71 (Williams Mill Road) West of Baker Hill in Barbour County on private land well off the North side of County Road 71 and the South side of County Road 32 deep in the woods. GPS Coordinate of Walker Cemetery 31.787 N and -85.350 W . Solomon Walker first served in the Revolutionary War as a private in Bailey’s Company North Carolina Regiment.
