The Sons of the American Revolution
is a historic, educational and patriot
non-profit organization dedicated to
the advancement of our ancestors
struggle for American Independence.
The Wiregrass Chapter SAR
participates in and organizes many
educational and patriotic programs for
schools and civic organizations.
The chapter has developed a program
to locate, mark and catalog the graves
of soldiers of the American Revolution
buried in Southeast Alabama. Take the
Patriot Graves link on this site to view
the names, location and pictures of the
known Patriots buried in the Wiregrass.
